It's worth whatever someone will pay for it. A lot of variables to consider. Location, time of year, condition, how long a person has been looking for one, how fast the seller needs/wants to get rid of it.

No door or drawers on the bottom? I had a chance to buy one with the 2 drawers on the bottom but thought $500 CAD was too much.
