Employee Dog Tags

I asked this in the sunglasses thread and didn't get a response. What would you guys value the employee dog tags that were recently issued?

They are impossible to get have to be an employee and serial numbered can't even leave the store with them. Also Oakley will be patrolling the web looking to see if they are being sold.

Pardon my ignorance, but what's their purpose if they can't leave the store?
