Can anyone compare the degree of curve/wrap on these. I know they are all fairly flat but what's the degree of variation?

IMHO , the amount of curve goes 1 = Jupiter squared 2= Holbrook 3= Enduro for what it's worth

Aren't they all base 6 lenses?

yes I think you are correct , but I'm also taking into account for frame curvature also.
