Eye Jacket ID Please...

Hey guys,

I am looking at a pair of first gen Eye Jackets in Ivory Straight/Gold lenses and I need some help checking if they are fake or not... He claims they are very lightly used with a small scratch on the one of the lenses. I found them in SoCal CL

Can you help me id them please! Now onto the glasses in question:

No he says he doesn't have the box anymore... They looked good to me and I have had a few pairs of them in the past but it was a little difficult for me to see by pics.

Yeah I have been all over O-review looking at all the variations of glasses... I have always loved the EJ frames, especially the ivory ones.
