I wanted to report this online or email Oakley Legal but couldnt find the contact info. Also couldnt report an email through the submission. If someone can forward this on, or report to a moderator that would be awesome. I dont understand why people like this think selling bootleg stuff is legal.

This info isn't available online as it was sent out in email to the tournament percipient. I can forward the original email if requested. I've retracted some of the email here as it doesn't contain the Oakley fakes info.

Here is the tournament address.

I kinda get the vain in which the promoter is trying to go.

You know how for parties and gatherings there's sometimes themed stuff? Like if it's old western, of course they're gonna supply fake badges. Pirates? Of course fake swords. Hell, I bet some people have some high roller/casino themes and offer fake gold watches to impersonate Rolex's. Fine line gets crossed however, when it's items literally branded as such and is beyond this tournament supplier is implied to pass as the real thing.

I don't think the guy meant harm, because he openly admitted it. I can even sympathize for some kids who want to look the part while they play but parents can't swallow spending $100+ on glasses they won't take care of. But bottom line, it's still a bad look just because of the established background of fake Oakley's.
