"Fast Quotes"

So I just noticed something on my mobile device that I'm not seeing while working on the laptop.

At the top of a thread on the right where it says "watch thread", directly to the right of it is "Fast Quotes"


Not on laptop but IS on phone. Clicking on it turns it green and clicking it again turns it back to gray.


Anyone else?

Anyone know what it is?
