    I was getting tired of the flat black Ten's, so i took them apart and sprayed a thin layer of white over them and am going to the store later today to puck up orange and a clear coat.

    I hope they turn out as good as I hope them to.

    You cant see it, but the hinges are taped off.

    Here is the orange layer...gonna wait a few hours then clear coat it.

    this is really looking nice! what spray paint are you using? i'd be way to scared to mess up my shades to ever paint them my self lol.

    Those would've looked sweet with an orange candy coat and fire lenses... Good for you for going for it.

    Thanks for the kind words guys.

    Im actually regretting painting them orange the more I look at the picture above, but still going to look awesome when finished I believe. Just have to put a clear coat on it now.

    I used Krylon Fusion for plastics.
