I wouldn't even touch it unless you had another f'ed up XS frame ...

That frame won't be getting fixed, it'll be getting parted out and used to save other frames.

The cost to repair that orbital would be huge, and even then there is no way to fix it to be factory spec without a recast which is even more expensive.

yeh you can't fix x-metals especially if it's cracked and about to snap off. You can't weld them back like normal metals under normal situations as you'll need a specialized chamber to weld it properly. The most you can get out of it is spare parts.

They look good. Some Home centers sell silver tape that looks like titanium. Barely noticeable if you wrap it nice. Keep them in the soft vault in a closet and I bet no one will notice the crack ever!
