Try clearing your cache and cookies. I am almost positive the problem is your browser is loading the old icons on the new page.

I like my cookies, I won't give them up!

Right click the icon -> view image. Refresh the page and it gets the latest. Refresh the forum and all is well, and I don't lose logins and auto-fill.
