I just got these as a trade, and they are a little rough for my liking. They are a pair of Matte Black/Titanium Iridium Spike's.
These will come with the Black Custom box pictured, and the black microbag.
The Left Earstem has some light scratches near the "O", also there is a small light scratch on the center of the nose piece near the left lens corner. The top of the frame has slight paint wear from what looks to be someone resting these glasses upside down. I've tried my best to picture said flaws.
The lenses were said to be replaced not too long ago, and they look very good.

Here you can see the hairline scratch at the upper corner of the left lens on the center of the frame
If you look closely the paint is starting to wear very faintly near the earstem on the right side, where these have been rested upside down numerous times
