Gascan And Gascan Asian Fit Lenses

Are they the same? Have to change lenses on mine and they are asian fit. Would regular gascan lenses fit an asian fit frame?

Thanks for the info. I was just about to order a pair of Asian Fit Ti Clear lenses and chance it fitting in a standard frame. Oh well, skunked again!
