xmetal is the true to name colorway, so i like that one. outside of that, polished carbon is sexy (hammerstems to boot, for the fans of that..), tio2 as well. tio2 is a pretty "outside the box" creation.
as we are disregarding generations, ill avoid the plasma and titanium. they vary too much and they are the least stable of the coatings, easily corroding and flaking/marking.. no good. Brown is rare, but as a colorway nothing special. subtly cool at best imo? i have an early example that is a lighter shade, overall browns mainly looks like carbon, but chocolatey at some angles.
