From the pics the lense looks gen 1
Gen 1 had no etching, gen 2 had the stretch logo accross it

Most common frame for this lense would be a crystal clear or crystal blue

Nice condition pair well done!

You don't see too many of them, especially not in good shape. I don't know if they were specifically limited, but anything from that era is decreasing in availability and increasing in rarity.

Also depends on what colour frame you come accross.
The pink frames always seem to be the most popular, whilst the yellow, blue and purple harder to come by.
Of course, there is also the aqua, which was a prototype of the splatters from what we think and i only know of myself and monster beetle has a pair.

if you find a pair of blue or yellow, id jump on them as ive not seen a pair for sale at all this year anywhere.

Getting a good pair which hasnt been repaired or glued is tough and when you do, be super careful on removing the lenses as the frames tend to break in the centre due to the fact they were made of the serilium.

BY the way, they were splatter m frames not mumbos-mumbos only came in neon yellow, white or black frames.

Just picked up a gen II cobalt frame with a trashed lens so I think I'll be on the lookout for a + red lens soon.
