Thought I would post some pics of a house that the company I worked for did all the masonary and landscaping at. I was at this place for 8 months last fall/winter. We did all the chimneys/fireplaces, stone veneer and all landscaping. Hint on whos house it is (NFL)

not sure what you mean. but the is 7 full baths i believe. the porch on the back of the house is off the master bath. Yes a fireplace attached to the master bath

Bathrooms with a floor drain and waterproofing above the normal. So you can actually wash stuff off and not worry about water.

I am not sure. But the back side of the house is essentially a giant porch and has a rubber membrane so no water and penetrate into the subfloor
