Is this like a work related build? Nice house.

Yeah this was a job that the company i used to work for did. It is in a gated community and you can only build in a 8 month period when the people that live in the community are not there so the entire house was built from tear down of the old house to finished product in 8 months.

Polar Ice Caps are melting. Water levels worldwide are rising. This is happening faster than scientists expected. Florida & Louisiana are at risk. Beachfront property isn't where I would choose to live. That's just my $.02 on that subject. Nice looking excessive living structure there.
