Nice garage and collection...too bad the oil prices have taken a beating and it looks like there will be a housing price adjustment in Calgary.

Vancouver housing prices are still rocket high prices. The average price for a house is $1.03 mill...crazy.

Thank you! Luckily my workplace shouldn't be affected by the drop in oil prices...but that's somewhat of an ignorant attitude as EVERYTHING will be affected here to some degree.

So far, Edmonton hasn't seen much of an impact in housing prices but I'm certain it will happen.
