Hello To All Oakleyans From New York!!

I hope im posting in the right place..just wanna say hello to everyone..and i hope people are more friendly here then on the sneaker forums..which is mostly kids. And almost all of them dont even know or have oakley!
One kid even said oakleys are owned by ray ban..which i didnt believe at first.
After googling...wow...the kid was half right! So Oakley was bought out by Luxxotica..who owns ray ban.
Go figure.
Anyways..ive been an avid fan of oakley..got a couple plastic frames for running and biking...and a pair of xmetals which im scared to even look at.

I dont think im going to own a thousand pairs..even though i would love to!
I guess my holy grail would be a pair of romeo or penny frames!
Hopefully this forum will be fun and friendly.
Damn i still cant believe...ray ban!! Damn!!

Yup, Oakley was bought by Luxxotica, but they still run Oakley out of California, and still make the lenses. So the quality is still there, Plus their is plenty of old Oakley's to collect. Welcome to the forum.
