Help - fixing a stuck temple screw

Try soaking it in citric acid, or Vinegar for a couple of days. The acidity will dissolve the rust that is binding the two parts together. After doing so, use a precision screw extractor kit to gently extract the broken part from the hinge. My screw extractor kit has treated me well since my early days in this forum.
