Help ID'ing Oakley Model Please

Hey everyone. New to the forum. Having LASIK tomorrow and hope to get new lenses for these. Bought for me by my lovely wife for Christmas either 2003 or 2004. All help appreciated!

Thanks! I found them on a google image search in another forum. The guy said his favorite pair was an unknown pair of Oakley's. Thought he was just saying he didn't know the name. I'm a bit of a noob to this. Obviously because I've had the same pair for ten years. Thanks again!
