So they say... Not sure I believe it. I bet once they received that frame their "replacement" would disappear and they would send a "comparable" current "x metal" like a badman instead. Not an even trade by any means.

Sometimes with those arms if they get pulled too far open it actually jams that copper plug into the orbitals hole, then it has to be drilled out and a replacement inserted. homey don't like that kind of repair.
