Help On Pro M Frames?

I just got a pair of Pro M Frames, but they do not have ear socks or a nose piece. I know I can buy these from the Oakley website, but I was wondering if they're any different from the socks/nose pieces from regular M Frames?

P.S. Are the lenses any different?
