HELP With Premium Tower

I recently acquired a premium tower. The lights do not work. Are there common problems with these (wiring, transformer, etc)??

Well regardless, that case looks sick!

Fingers crossed someone on here knows about them as I don't want to replace the transformer unnecessarily.

first thing I would do is check voltage on the wires going out. 12v I assume, 110v in the incoming.

Do you have a test light? If not I would buy a transformer off ebay for like $20

Does this run halogens? Is there a ballast?

I know the 3.0 cases have ballasts that are prone to fail.
