Holbrook - Black Iridium Polarised Lens?

Hi all,

New member to the forum here and recently discovered the Holbrook. I was in the local Oakley store yesterday inquiring about a custom pair of Holbrooks for every day use. I'm after polarised and went to check out the OO BIP. They didn't have the OO BIP in stock for the Holbrook but funnily enough had the standard BIP. The guy said they'd only just brought it in recently, though checking the website it doesn't appear yet.

Anyone know if it will be becoming a standard option for Holbrook custom?

It isn't available as a replacement lens but I think it's available via OCP? Same as the OO BIP. They also recently added the VR28 BIP too.

Got a reply from Oakley, it won't be available for custom for another 3 months so assuming that means on the website. Maybe it was a one-off in the store I visited?

This is in Australia btw, might be different overseas.

BIP Holbrook replacement lenses are available in all Oakley stores here. (USA)

You could prob get a member here to proxy you a pair.

Edit. Just read your post again, differing from the title. OOBIP still hasn't hit stores here, but has been available OCP online for over 9 months.

No worries, thanks for the replies.

Looks like it might have to be OOBIP that gets the nod on my custom pair for now. Thoughts on how it would look on a matte black frame?

Also can anyone tell me how much BIP Holbrook replacement lenses are over there?
