Holbrook, Bothers Eyes

weird, because I've worn like cheap "wayfarer" style glasses a lot, and it's never bothered, maybe the clearish frames just let in too much light, or perhaps their lenses werent as reflective?

I've never heard of the iridium coating causing problems or eye fatigue. I do know from personal experience that clear frames cause me eye fatigue. I've also had problems with certain lens base colors. My guess is the frame transparency is your culprit.

How curved are the lenses on the wayfarer style though? I think the holbrook has an unique issue. The lens is larger and has a curve that focuses the reflecting light right into your eye. If the sun is to the side of me.. it is a constant glare right into my eye. This is just my speculation. It is the one thing that upsets me while wearing them. They are black iridium too.
