Holbrook STPL Limited Edition Value?

I noticed this pair on ebay and was wondering what you guys thought about the price...I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere.

Oakley.com says $105 but obviously not for sale there.

Do these look worth it?

I think they retailed for $150...they seem to sell for between $150 - $200.
