How to check eBay / Craigslist for Oakleys?

Whats the best way to check Craigslist and eBay?

I just set up rss feeds for both of them to search for glasses im looking for.

What do you guys do to find the best deal?

yea me too. but now with rss, i don't have to be.

Is there a good resource on setting up rss? I see and hear about it, but don't know what is needed or how to set it up.

i use search tempest and google reeder. Then i use an app on my phone. but then i can check every craisglist city at once for what ever search criteria i want.
