I wear it a little loose mainly because I am left handed and wear it on my left wrist and I need to be able to slide it out of the way when writing for long periods of time.

I have the unobtanium strap and have it fairly snug to be honest. It is actually very comfortable to wear which did surprise me as its not a small unit. Great watch!
