Just sent in a Juliet to service center for a new bridge rubber replacement. Highlighted the 4 point slightly tweaked and only have 3 point contact on flat surface. They recognised this common problem and said they can do some minute adjustment to make it better.
I was delighted to get back a well balanced unit. Said they pay fine attention to the new rivet ingress so that frame is well tangent out. Let them know your concern, they are really attentive. I love my Oakley agent now...!
