You have to reach a specified post count and be a forum member for a certain amount of days. If you came here and just start posting that you want to sell stuff that won't work out too well.
Best to earn some members trust so to speak and hang out for a bit, converse with other members if you have a little spare time.

You have to be a member for a minimum of 14 days and have at least 15 posts.

And as others have mentioned, it's not a good idea to just try to start selling stuff with your first post here. This isn't eBay.
