How to spot Fake Over The Tops?

Hey so I'm about to head back to college and I was looking for the signature OTT the Silver W/Blue Lenses as my fairwell gift before I leave our little bike shop and now I have some disposable income but when I look online and such I'm not sure how to spot a good deal and to even know if their authentic.

Here's a good start, to acclimatize yourself with genuine OTTs. Read up and learn.

Has an OTT ever been faked? I can’t imagine if they had you would easily spot the fake.

I know some freak out if there's no pads. There are some that don't have them. I have a set.
