I feel sorry for whoever ends up winning these

I looked at the feedback and I actually asked myself the same question. They've been with the Bay since 2003 and don't have that much feedback for that amount of time, so def not a power seller. I figure one of two things is happening:

1. They actually think these are real and are simply trying to sell them honestly.
2. They know they're fake and figure the best way to get away with that is to show how blatantly fake they are in the pics. What better way to complete a sell and not be worried about someone accuses them of selling a fake if you just show it up front. If you buy those glasses after seeing those pics, you will likely just go away thinking they're real. Well, until someone you know points out that they're clearly not.

Also, I checked the other items they're selling and they also have some Juliets (fake also). The fake Juliets also have bids (currently more $$$ than the XS) with almost 6 days left. They're actually selling one more item, another pair of Oakleys, but I don't know anything about those. I just have to assume that they're also fake, but...
The other 2 omatter pairs are ok the Xsquared and Juliets are fake as hell

I sent him a message with a link to this thread. Up to him what he does with it. He actually states the Juliets could be fake and that he wasn't sure.

I saw the little baggy of nose bombs and placed a continuous bid up to $500. I saw a pair of bunks Juliets sell for $54. They were even described as knockoffs. Isn't it against ebay policy to sell counterfeits even if stated so in your description?

I pointed out a fake hard case and dude flipped out on me. Cussed me out in an email. I reported him to ebay. Never wrestle with a pig, you both get dirty but, the pig likes it.:assassin:

yes it is against the policy. Funny enough Amazon doesn't give a toss and let sellers sell knock off juliets rampantly.

Yep, any sort of originality waiver or disclaimer is against the rules. There was a watch (non-Oakley) on eBay UK with a big asking price and an entirely straight-faced description until the end, when the seller had hit return a few times and put #fakeasallhell! Doesn't make it ok to sell it...

Was it a time tank? I've seen those sold out of Brazil or something. For a fake, they look really close.

That really grinds my gears too! I see those black and white "Oakey" cases with glasses and, I know right away. I search ebay and report those guys just for fun. Like shooting fish in a barrel. They are a disgrace to everything Oakley stands for.
