Good thing this is 40 minutes away... I'll be going.

Oakley's prior flagship store in NY was in Times Square and pays $1400/sqft in rent.

Fifth Avenue has the highest end stores on the planet. I went into Fendi one time and saw a $100,000 fur coat just sitting on a rack with a bunch of its friends.

The store has been open already for a little while......I have to admit, the construction process was pretty cool too. Anyone who goes is going to love it.

Hmm I'll have to ride the train in one of these weekends and check it out. The times square store is a bit weak imo but still in a cool area so I like to go when I'm in town.
