I thought i bought a replacement XX plasma Ice that i sold to Brett28, so i thought but it was FAke, so i filed a case then come this(below)...its beyond explanation for customercare UK decision matters...so i emailed them back...the rest is not yet written but crossing my finger!

I completely disagree for various reasons. But first i want the customercare specialist to know im a member of oakley forum and a collector in my own right currently owned 40pcs Xmetal and 20pcs omatter frame...

1. Picture of Seller sunglasses (end of the arms are bending outside)

Picture of three authentic XX, XX24k, XX tio2 i own (see the bending of the end of the arms.

end of arms that is bending outside is very common to china counterfeit items.
2. Pictures of the weight of the seller item. The quality of seller materials is light and plastic type.

Pictures below is the weight of authentic oakley i own(average more than 40gms

In behalf of this explanation, i was hoping you can make clarification for the authenticity of this product because this has merit to the case i filed to the seller. Being a oakley forum member it was a common advocacy for us and for you to stop people selling counterfeit/fakes products. Your response to this is essential because i will be seeking advice to this matter in the OF community...Hoping for your quick reply...More power to Oakley!

Regardless of the SKU being correct for a XX 24k, what you have is clearly NOT one of those.

tnx rustpot, its hardly noticeable but i did not see it coming...XX plasma Ice at that...usually i will see fake juliets and xS....should have ask additional pictures...

i know they Fake bro, but i cant believe that customercare specialist will confirm them authentic when in fact the seller use a picture in the listing of a XX Plasma Ice...How can he confirm it when BLUE and 24K has a very obvious difference...
