I Was Sting Like A Bee!

for what it's worth i have just used the 'report item' link in the original listing. perhaps more reportings may help?

Have you tried calling ebay? Sometimes it can help to actually talk to someone rather than waiting for an email about something they clearly don't get! It helped in my case when I had a fake item arrive once.Hope you get a refund.

i am just waiting for the email from UK oakley, after that i will attach it in the case, i will call them afterwards to explain further...but tnx for your advice...

i know they Fake bro, but i cant believe that customercare specialist will confirm them authentic when in fact the seller use a picture in the listing of a XX Plasma Ice...How can he confirm it when BLUE and 24K has a very obvious difference...

I'm guessing the seller fabricated the information he listed. The lack of basic English in the email he supposedly copy and pasted from Oakley is the first clue. I honestly can't see Oakley UK HQ certifying those things as genuine. Even my 6 year old can see they're not 24k XX.

Good luck Jon. You don't deserve this crap.

Try and record that conversation when you call, Ebay has provided me with conflicting information in the past. Perhaps you can reference this thread as expert evidence. I would suggest to taking side by side shots and notate the differences using arrows in the photos.
