Oakley X-Metal Locker?

Guy has a cube case and what he describes as a "locker" that it sits on. He says the locker is made of x-metal and completely enclosed. No pic as it's in storage. What is this actually called? Value?

I have one and i've always heard it to be referred as a pedestal. But yes, it locks up, has shelves and it's designed for a cube to sit on top.
