I'd probably go with the Splice.

It's got all of Oakley's mad science DNA and it's shouldn't be too difficult to make compared to something from the X-Metal line. It's also very wearable unlike the OTT which is more a display piece.

Hmmmmm.....well, that's a tough one. I really liked the Eye Jacket (2nd gen not 2.0), New Straight Jacket was probably best, and Monster Dog....Yeah, and in that order lol. Honestly, bring back Jannard.... That's what needs to be brought back

I like the Splice idea. Simple yet aggressive and definitely Oakley. More colors would be cool.
