If you could only ever use 3 lenses . . . .

Tough one.

For strong sun, I'll take ruby over ice or black (otherwise I won't have a red lens).

For medium sun, Prizm H2O Deep.

For overcast but with some brightness, I'll take titanium clear over gold clear, just.

And then I will hate you for not allowing 4 lenses, so I can't have G30 or Prizm Golf ;)
 
Black iridium polarized for extreme sun and classic look.
Gold iridium for everyday use.
Violet iridium lens to look at.
 
Yeah, tough one...

Gotta go with classic BIP.

Would say VR28BIP but one of the new prizms (daily/road/Deep H20) might supplant that, but can't commit to that now...

And finally prizm trail as a driving-in-the-rain lens. Gotta have a lens for that role, and trail works awesome.

Good to see someone else considering light conditions for some of their choices :)
