i rate the frame tight as new and lens 9/10 because i notice a little mark but you have to look very carefully to see it,lens seems a little loose in the frame,

It's not complete with a non colored 10.00 coin. You should remove the picture that shows the enameled coin in the box. This will keep from having someone buy it without reading the description and being very displeased

It does say complete. All that stuff is extra, at least that is how I am reading it.
