Infinite Hero Coin

I have seen some people selling the Infinite hero juliet with a coin that has enamel and some that does not have enamel. Can anyone tell me if the sellers swapped this coin out? I know you can buy the non enamel coin separate but have never seen the enameled coin sold separately

Sold and made the extra money. See them from time to time on ebay. Or they lose origonal

Yeah I can buy the Regular infinite hero coin off SI website but I want the enamel one. Until I can get a IH juliet that will have to do. I saw a IH juliet complete on ebay just before Xmas for 500 and 550. I should of found the money. Probably won't see it that cheap again
