Can you describe the lenses 9.5/10? Are there visible surface scratches?

I scoured these in all angles of light just to make sure I was describing them accurately. There are NO scratches, but at the right angle I thought I saw a tiny buff mark, and I mean tiny. I cleaned the lenses with the cleaning kit and when I tried to find it again I couldn't, so I would call the lenses in new condition, I just can't give anything a 10/10 unless it is still in a sealed package!
