Is There A Way To Tighten Stems?

I just bought a new pair of Oakley pitbull and one of the ear stems is really loose.

Is there a tool so I can use to tight the stem up or is it just plastic in that little hole?

Thats just the hole where the arm sits.

I had some Gascan that has this issue and they swapped them out for me.
