Is this a fair price for this cube?

I found an ad for this cube display and the seller is asking $100 for it. He does not have the keys but it is unlocked. I figure getting a new key should be fairly straightforward, right?

I think the price is about right but I'd rather ask those more informed than I.

Unfortunately, I'm going to lose this cube because two friends that volunteered to go look at and pick it up decided to back out at the last minute.
