Juliet Collectors Set W/ Time Bomb?

Just saw this pop up on eBay and have never even heard of it. I wasn't aware Oakley did a collectors set with Juliets and Time Bombs. Can someone elaborate what the story is with these?

They're supposedly the last 51 Juliet's made or something like that. Waste of money considering the tb2 doesn't have the date counter and you could buy the two items separate for less money. Original retail was 3500

And the Juliets have an everyday SKU # on the arm, nothing special about the Juliets at all.
