Juliet Earstem Screws

One of my temple screws is almost stripped. I ordered some screws from linegear. Just wondering if i just unscrew the old one and replacd it with a new one. I understand there are washers inside the arms. Is there a chance they would be displaced? Is there a special way to change the screws. Or just take them out and put a new one in. Thanks.

You should be able to pull the old screw out and install the new one with no problems. Just be sure that none of the washers fall out and don't over tighten the screw
