Juliet HQ Tune Up Experience

2 weeks ago I decided to send a pair of Juliets out to So Cal for a tune up. I must say, I'm EXTREMELY pleased with Oakley on this transaction. Not only are my Juliets now tight, setup with all new screws, socks, nose pieces, etc. They also came back with brand new lenses(this was a nice surprise as I did not request it nor was I charged for it). On top of that, they were polarized lenses. The lenses I sent in with them were non-polar. Gotta say. I'm extremely satisfied.

Same thing happened to my juliet ducati. Came back with brand new etched lenses, and red rubbers all the way around.

For rubbers alone worth it..lenses to that would be sweet.who who did you ship it too..how you do it my first gen could use that

I just sent mine into hq for a tune up with busted lenses and rubbers. Didn't ask any questions, they came back minty fresh.

Yes. Call the warranty dept and they will give you the process.
