Frame may have been refinished
Rubber kit is new, thats ear stems, T-Shox & Nose rubber
Frame is X-Man tight and no need for tune up at all.

JI serial so originally a Plasma Ice 'bone', I assume.

Appears to be an excellent re-finish - kind of halfway between Plasma 1st and 2nd, or maybe closer to 2nd.
With new rubber and tight bridge this is an AMAZING deal and if I was CONUS I'd take it.

FWIW, I think the X-Man did the refinish for the seller i got it from originally so buyers can expect top notch work, per usual.
