I have size 15 temple shocks in my Juliet's. would size 25 make them fit a little tighter? Also are these the only two sizes that are offered? Thanks for the help.

There are several sizes. 15 and 25 are the most common, but there are 50 and 75, perhaps more.

The temple shocks will limit how far the earstems can open. So bigger shocks will make it so the arms create tension in a smaller opening. If you're looking to get them tighter around your head in this manner then stepping up the size of the temples will do that.
