Juliet Warranty Claim

I brought a polished Juliet with fire Iridium polarized lenses about a month ago from my local vault. After wearing them a few times I noticed the lenses gave me headaches, something I never experienced with oakleys. When I hold the lenses up to the light, there are visible stresses on the lenses. An Oakley customer service rep to take them back to the vault. Before I take a trip and waste gas, is this normal practice or should I fight more?
 
I would imagine you would either have to send them into Oakley or return them to where you purchased them from, with proof of purchase, so they can look at them & advise you. Taking back to the Vault would be a quicker option I guess. But remember you will need proof of purchase.
 
Thanks, I was not sure and didn't want to waste money on gas just to be told there was another way to handle it. I'm glad I kept the receipt!
