I also phoned them and then sent my newly acquired Juliets to Oakley in Montreal for a 'tune up." I get the sense they do these a lot - he knew exactly what I was looking for and it was completely painless. Now let's see what they look like when I get them back.

I was worried when I sent them in but I wouldn't hesitate to send another pair in now. Going by the shipping tracking it got there in the morning and left in the afternoon.

Oakley Canada (in Montreal) does excellent jobs with x metals or anything related to Oakley.
I have never had any issues and they always throw in extras. If you're in Canada, there is no better place for service.

It's too bad they only service Juliet's, I understand they may not have stock on rubbers for the other models but the nosebridges on R2's or Penny's are similiar.
