You should get employee of the month and a promotion. It's pathetic when people steal. Some Oakley stores get hit hard with theft during the Holiday season.

Haha thanks. Only have 5 employees and two are only for holidays and summer, so we don't really have employee of the month. My regional manager is in town tho, I'll mention that raise lol

Nope, but I do go the the vault every single day, at least once its both awesome and dangerous.

Its against company policy to confront them but I just followed him nonchalantly from about 200 feet away and maintained a visual before the cops arrived.

Whenever I'm at the O Store, and they open up the drawer with thousands of dollars worth of replacement lenses...I'm always so tempted to karate chop the employee and take off into the sunset with a bag of goodies. Too bad the employees all know me :laugh:
